In 2013, Integrated Care Professionals (ICP) was established after noticing a gap in the continuum of care and lack of access residents had to a consistent on-site care provider.

ICP began as a small company in a few Arkansas and Mississippi locations with the mission to improve resident outcomes in long-term care settings. Since its inception, ICP has grown to deliver services in more than 70 facilities in across five states. Our administrative team has over 164 combined years of nursing experience and 65 combined years of nurse practitioner expertise. We know the importance of quality patient care.

In 2024, ICP joined Abode Care Partners, an integrated medical services provider that delivers primary care in the home setting, including long-term care, assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.

Together as one known as Abode Care Partners, our care model takes a patient-centered and holistic approach where our providers emphasize delivering compassionate care, attentive listening, and a holistic view of patient health.
